In an unfortunate incident at Gwalior railway station on Sunday, a woman standing on the platform slipped onto the track. But before it was too late, she was rescued on time by a brave Vendor at the railway station.

According to reports, Gwalior resident identified as Raveena was travelling to Bhopal to attend her B Ed examination. She was about to board the Taj Express which was en route Jhansi. As she was running late, she tried to hop on the moving train. But she accidentally slipped between the edge of the platform and the still moving train. Fortunately, a vendor at the station stood witness to the entire incident who rushed to grab her and pulled her towards the platform.

The Vendor caught hold of her just in the nick of time, and the woman escaped unhurt. He said, “I caught her hand in time or else she would’ve fallen deep into the gap between train and platform.
