Lalu Prasad Yadav Burns Sushil Kumar Modi With A Single Tweet

Buoyed by Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) thumping win in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand assembly elections, senior party leader Sushil Kumar Modi decided to rib his political rival and Rashtriya Janata Dal’s (RJD) seasoned chief, Lalu Prasad Yadav.

Yadav, who has a reputation of not mincing his words while trying to drive home a point tweeted back to Modi in a clear display of wit and presence of mind.

Sushil Kumar Modi a BJP leader who was the former deputy chief minister of Bihar and has also served the state in the role of its finance minister tried taking potshots at Lalu Prasad Yadav, the RJD party chief.

He posted in Hindi asking the RJD chief how is it going for him, for Yadav has always spoken in favor of the Samajwadi Party – Congress alliance in Uttar Pradesh.

This is what Modi tweeted:

Clearly, Sushil Modi’s intention was to mock Lalu after the Bharatiya Janata Party’s success in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and even in Manipur and Goa, but then came Lalu’s reply.

In his reply, Lalu said he’s doing fine, and then gave it back to Modi saying, “the BJP benefited from its decision of not letting you enter the state”.

Have a look at his reply:

Not only did he update his political rival on his well-being, he also handed him a well-aimed return, true to his style.
