The launch of Freedom 251 has been a historic mark in the history of the technological advancement of India. A Noida-based startup announced a Rs. 251 freedom smartphone, While the world continued making inquiries and Indians stayed baffled but on Friday it asserted to have received about five crore registrations in only two days.

Freedom 251 Online Booking and Registration was begun on 18th February 2016 at 06 AM & for the phase 1, the company has registered 2.5 million bookings and 72 crore in payments from the buyers.

Freedom 251 Payment link Mail not received:

The company has told the people to register and then sent them a payment link. Many people proceed and paid the cost. But some users complaining that the company hasn’t sent the confirmation mail despite the fact that 48 hours promised time has already been passed.

One user wrote complaint to Ringing Bells:

Hello, Ringbell. I have booked your product on 19 the of Feb. it said that the order is confirmed and stated that it will send a payment link via email within 48 hours. it exceeds more than it but till now not received. Please confirm us we are getting it or not. we have a huge hope for your company if you misuse it then, No one would support you again. Remember 25 lakhs people whom you are confirming are very less than 7.35 Crore. So Please confirm us! we won’t wait anymore

Answering on Twitter the official account of the company has said that payment links are being sent to 25 Lacs buyers who booked the device in Phase 1.

If you have not got the confirm email from Ringing bells contact them or wait few days. The company has promised delivery of 50 lakh handsets by June 30. Of this 25 lakh will be online orders and 25 lakh would be those received offline.

Ringing Bells announces ‘cash on delivery’ payment option:

Ringing Bells has today announced a ‘cash on delivery’ payment option. Freedom 251 buyers won’t have to provide card details, and will only have to pay when the smartphone reaches their doorsteps. The company says that the offer will be available to the first 25 lakh customers who had registered for the smartphone.
